I feel you will get the answer

• Is it a Need or Luxury?
• Family or Peer Pressure?
• Are you going for it ONLY because of low price or attractive offers?
• Influenced by the information available in Newspaper / Web Articles / Journals / Expert Views / Podcast, etc.?
• D0 YOU (yourself not by arranging) have the required Cash Flow for down payment?
• Can your upcoming EMI be paid out of your 40% Income?

Neither be optimistic or pessimistic. Be Practical!
