(B) Permitted Construction Activities
- Construction of roads, irrigation projects, buildings and all kinds of industrial projects, including MSMEs, in Rural areas i.e., outside the limits of municipal corporations and municipalities; and all kinds of projects in industrial estates
- Construction of renewable energy projects
- Continuation of works in construction projects, within the limits of municipal corporations and municipalities, where workers are available on site and no workers are required to be brought in from outside (in situ construction)
(C) Operations to remain Functional
- All Health Services (Incl AYUSH)
- Agricultural & Horticulture activities
- Certain activities in Fishery, Plantation and Animal Husbandary will be functional
- MNREGA works to be allowed
- Online teaching / distance learning be encouraged
- Public Utilities - Oil and Gas, Power, Postal Services, Sanitation & Waste Management Sectors, Telecommunication & Internet services
- Movement, loading /unloading of goods /cargo (inter & intra state allowed)
- Supply of Essential Goods
- RBI, Banks, ATMs, Capital and Debt markets as notified by SEBI and Insurance companies will remain functional
- Commercial & Private Establishment - Print & Electronic Media, IT Services, E-commerce companies, Courier Services, Cold Storage, Private Security Services & facility management services, Services by electricians, IT Repairs, Plumbers, Motor mechanics & carpenters
